Focused Pharma Ltd is committed to the safety of patients. If you have experienced a side effect, a quality defect or any other safety concern with a product distributed by Focused Pharma Ltd, please report it to us as soon as possible.

 

How to report

Please include, if available:

– your name and contact details

– the product name, batch number and expiry date

– a description of the problem or side effect, and when it started

– the patient's age and sex (no full name needed)

– any other medicines taken at the same time

– whether a doctor or pharmacist has been consulted

 

All reports are handled confidentially, in line with data protection law.
